Removal of fines, dust, and undesirable material from the abrasive before it is re-used in the sand blasting machine are the three primary purposes of the abrasive recovery and recycling system.
Centrally located recovery points allow the workpiece's surface to be resurfaced. Using an abrasive cleaner, the abrasive is fed to a central location.
We have mentioned best Abrasive/Grit/Shot Recovery and Recycling System in India. We are the leading manufacturers of recovery and recycling system.
Conveyor, Abrasive Cleaner, and Bucket Elevator are all components of a Mechanical Recovery System (MRS).
The wasted abrasives are swept from the blast room floor and shoved into a corner, where they are gathered in a feed hopper and pneumatically raised through the elevator pipe to a storage sand blasting hopper, where they are gravity supplied to the blasting machine. Abrasive particles are pneumatically lifted and separated from larger particles using this recovery device.
Production shot blasting is the typical use case for the scraper floor recovery system. There are six standard width corridors that may be made to any length, offering the ability to recover from nearly any floor area in a blast room, making the floor for automatic recovery of abrasive materials extremely flexible. Each corridor of the Airflex recovery floor is equipped with a series of flexible scraper blades. Blades rest on galvanised steel combs, allowing the flexible scraper to push or draw the abrasive. Comb and scraper blades are alternately passed over and passed through abrasive on the alternate stroke. The abrasive is pushed along with each alternate stroke when this motion is repeated. As the abrasives build up, they are eventually deposited in a transversal corridor that runs perpendicular to the rest of the floor. The abrasive is transferred to the elevator and the grit wash via this transverse passage.
Over a vast area, the pneumatic recovery floor enables for the pneumatic recovery of less dense media. We use a high-pressure blower to power an integrated set of valves that are linked to many recovery zones. The material in each of these areas is automatically removed by our control system as it rotates across them. Equipment for re-classification can comprise any of the following, depending on whether or not the facility is using plastic media:

It recovers used blast media, removes dust and fines, and returns clean abrasive to the machine or blast room for reuse.
By recycling usable grit or shot, plants buy less new abrasive and dispose of less waste, improving cost per square meter cleaned.
Yes. Recovery floors, bucket elevators, and separators can be designed to retrofit many existing rooms and machines.
Steel shot, steel grit, and many mineral abrasives can be processed, depending on separator design and contamination level.
