In a portable sand blasting hopper, a filter regulator is used to pass dry and clean air to sand blasting hopper at 80 PSI. A pinch valve is used to control the flow of blasting media, such as Steel Shots, sand, abrasive garnet, etc which is used for sand blasting. The pinch valve is connected to the mixing tube(how much quantity to mix is controlled by the user). Mixing tube has two holes;one from air will enter and one from abrasive media will enter. Abrasive hole is connected to the blasting hose which is already connected to the nozzle holder where a sand blasting nozzle of 95mm will lead off. In a pinch valve, a pinch valve rubber sleeve is used to protect it from further damages through the blasting process.

Ball valve is used for air entering and for air releasing from the sand blasting hopper. The standard blast hose length is 10 meters which can be extended according to the user demand. The sandblasting nozzle diameter is 9.5mm.

The total height of the portable sand blasting machine is 1611mm. The diameter of the machine body is 761mm. In a portable shot blasting machine, there is one main hole plate that is used for maintenance and cleaning the inner part of the portable sand blasting machine P7-1000 as in the upper part of the machine, material is embedded for blasting so there is counterfeit from which blasting media is separated from big particles otherwise big particles will block the nozzle.

The area covered for the cleaning of the surface is 15-21 Sq. Mtrs./Hr. Some connecting valve is used of 1.25 inches for connecting the components. Tee connector is used to connect NRV, air going inside the machine to create a vacuum and push mushroom valve upside so that no extra air can get in and third is air going to mixing tube to generate pressure for blasting. The size of tee connector is also1.25”. Release/ Exhaust valve is used to release the air which was used to create the vacuum in the machine.
