Wire Flame Spray Gun Process
A compressed gas stream atomized and accelerated the liquefied metal by surrounding the flame. the endless process might be adjusted by feeding the wire feedstock material at a controllable rate into the flame. The wire is fed into the front torch of flame spray through the air-driven turbine. Fuel gas like acetylene, LPG, Propane & oxygen is correctly and safely mixed within the siphon plug head assembly which provides a combustible heat source. Normally, proper for all metals and metal alloys in wire form is used for thermal spray coating i.e. Aluminium Brass, Bronze, Steel, chrome steel, Molybdenum, nickel-base alloy, Zinc, Copper, etc. General Wire uses for flame spray.
