Suction Blasting Cabinet consists of a blasting system that utilizes the Suction concept. The commercial suction blast cabinet allows for continuous operation and eliminates interruptions throughout the blasting cycle. It is used to clean and deburr small and medium-sized parts and particles, as well as to produce a fine matte finish. Suction blast cabinets operate on the Pioneering principle, transporting abrasive from an unpressurized storage hopper to the blast cannon, where it is mixed with pressurized gas and pushed toward the work surface or blasting surface. Suction blasting machines are easily identifiable by the presence of two tubes (one for air and another for abrasive media) leading to the blast gun.
As we work with a suction blast gun, it is easy to identify since it is equipped with two pipes: one that provides compressed air and another that contains abrasive shot blasting medium (vacuum pipe). Sand Blast nozzles consist of a single bigger pipe that is used to deliver a mixture of media particles and compressed air.

It supplies a large volume of high-pressure air, regulated by a valve or ball valve. Fluid and airflow are automatically controlled by valve. Then the moisture separator is protected by a non-return valve. On/Off operation of the ball valve. The Pipe delivers compressed air to the suction cannon. Suppression occurs when the Ball Valve is turned on. Abrasive materials propellers via the cannon. High-speed propelling requires direct air from the compressor. The cabinet contained both the blaster surface and the media. The sand blasting cabinet is completely dust-free.
